Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship worldwide from China. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders of 3 or more items.
• Free shipping on all orders shipped within Mainland China.
• Orders of fewer than 3 items shipped outside Mainland China:
  • Standard Shipping: $25 USD
  • Express Shipping: $35 USD

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Duties & Taxes All prices include applicable duties and taxes — what you see is what you pay. There are no surprise charges upon delivery, regardless of your destination country.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
